Refund rules
If for any reason you decide to refuse the purchased service, then, in accordance with the Law of Georgia "On Consumer Rights Protection" (for legal entities – according to the Civil Code of RF), a refund for services is possible if the following conditions are met:

1. 1. The Client has the right to cancel the ordered service at any time before receiving it.

2. 2. The return of the service is possible if the document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified service is saved.

3. 3. The Client does not have the right to refuse a service that has individually defined properties if these services can be used exclusively by the Client acquiring it.

4. 4. If the Customer refuses a service of proper quality, the Seller must return to him the amount of money paid by the consumer under the contract, with the exception of the seller's expenses incurred for organizing the provision of services to the consumer of the returned service, no later than 10 days from the date of the consumer's submission of the relevant claim

The buyer, who has been provided with a service of inadequate quality, if it has not been agreed by the seller, has the right, at his choice, to declare any of the following requirements:
replacement for a service of a similar brand (model, article) or for the same service of another service provider (model, article) with a corresponding recalculation of the purchase price;
proportionate reduction of the purchase price;
gratuitous elimination of defects in the service or reimbursement of costs for their correction by the buyer or a third party;
has the right to refuse to perform the contract and demand a refund of the amount paid for the services.

When returning a package service of inadequate quality (the list of such services is approved by the Decree of the Government of RF "On approval of the list of technically complex goods/services") The buyer has the right to demand:
replacement for services of a similar brand (model, article) or for the same services of another service provider (model, article) with the corresponding recalculation of the purchase price;
to refuse to perform the contract and demand a partial refund of the amount paid for the services, minus the actual costs incurred for organizing the services.

All of the above requirements for the return of services of inadequate quality can be submitted in the following terms:
The service period is 7 days;
The seller has the right to refuse to exchange or refund the payment for the services if he considers that the detected significant defect is the result of improper operation of the service.

In case of disagreement on quality or causes of defects, the seller has the right to conduct an independent examination at his own expense. The buyer can participate in the examination and challenge its decision in court. If, as a result of the examination, it is established that the shortcomings of the service arose through the fault of the Buyer, the Buyer is obliged to reimburse the Seller for the cost of the examination, as well as the costs associated with its transportation and provision of services.
